The Allied Advantage takes into consideration the costs associated with owning and operating your own telecommunications’ system. The Allied Advantage safeguard’s you from the liabilities and speculation that come with ownership and management of advance technology with one monthly payment. The Allied Advantage allows you to direct all your energy and attention to your company, while knowing The Allied Advantage is there with the wisdom to effectively manage your telecommunication system.

No Cash Out of Pocket

Keep your cash to re-invest back into your business. Equipment purchases are considered a depreciated asset; your money should be directed toward income producing activities. The Allied Advantage plan provides Financial Protection, Predictability and alleviates unexpected costs of ownership.

Tax Benefits

In most cases the rental costs can be claimed as a monthly expense of doing business (Off Balance Sheet Entry) instead of a deprecated asset over five years. Please consult with your accountant.

Full Service and Warranty

Your fixed monthly payment includes full service, parts and labor for the full term of your rental and the renewal term. When you sign your Allied Advantage Rental Program contract you know exactly what service will cost, without escalation, for the length of your contract.

Guaranteed Rates for Expansion

You are provided with a list of common expansion equipment that can be added to your contract, at any time, at a fixed monthly rate. The monthly rate, which includes all installation charges, maintenance and other Advantage Program provisions, remains fixed, regardless of the cost of equipment, labor, interest or even the number of months remaining on your contract for up to the five years.

Risk of Loss Coverage

On average an insurance policy charges over $70 per month to insure a $50,000 system. Additionally all commercial insurance policies have deductibles. So, in many cases, you have no insurance at all. With the Allied Advantage we assume risk of loss for the equipment and software for the full term of your agreement. No additional insurance is required. You pay no deductibles in the event of a loss. This includes software viruses which no commercial insurance policy will cover. You will not invest your valuable time or money filling out insurance forms or dealing with adjustors. Your equipment, system or software is replaced immediately at our expense.

Disaster Recovery Provision

A current copy of your Telephone System database will be maintained off site at Allied Tele-Com’s offices. Should there be a catastrophic loss, the system and software will be replaced under Risk of Loss and, with the current database maintained off site, your system can be re-installed, programmed and back in operation as quickly as you business environment permits.

System Training

What good is cutting edge technology if no one knows how it works? With the Allied Advantage Rental, we provide training on the use of your system to all of your employees throughout the entire term of your contract. Any time you add a new employee, or someone just needs a refresher course, simply place a call to Allied for scheduled training dates and time.

Guaranteed Response Time/Onsite Support

Allied’s Support Department will begin to diagnose your problems remotely once your service order has been created. Allied provides a 2 hour response for critical outages and 4 hours for non critical outages. If the situation requires a technician onsite, one will be dispatched within 4 hours.

Manufactured Certified Techs

We ensure that only factory trained certified technicians will work on your system.

Normal Hardware Failure Repairs

Allied will provide repairs or replacements for normal equipment failures. Misused or willfully damaged equipment, lightning, water, fire and damages by nature will not be covered.

Preventative Maintenance and Backups

Allied will perform one onsite backup and preventative maintenance per year.

Discounted Labor

Your business will qualify for discounted labor rates for structured cabling or telephone services.
